The Cube Game ‘Answers’

(The Symbolism Behind The Cube Game)

Please note, we are never stuck with our original answers. We are dynamic, growing beings and our answers absolutely can change over time. This practice is meant to bring awareness, not rigidity — unless that is what you need.

The desert

In this game, the desert symbolizes a person’s world view and how they feel about the world in general. A dull or a vibrant desert picture says a lot about how a person might view their reality. The vastness, the amount of living things, and feelings towards the desert might reveal some interesting things, such as how rich or full we feel the world (currently) is. Do you feel fully alive and happy to be in it? No worries if the answer is no right now, just begin to understand why and know there is a solution, even if you don’t currently see how. The first step is always awareness. Fascinating, isn’t it?

The Cube

The cube represents your current view of your personality. Everything from the material of the cube, the color, the shape, the size, the orientation, and the distance within the desert — all of this is information that can help you understand yourself better.

The distance between yourself (as the viewer in the desert) and the cube and suggests how well you know yourself. The distance suggests how integrated your conscious and subconscious is - your outer and inner worlds. If the cube is close to you, it suggests you really want to get in there and understand the different aspects. If the cube is far, it suggests there’s more play and exploration in your outer world to be had before more inner-standing sets in. None of this is wrong, it’s just part of the personal journey, and all fascinating.

The Ladder

The ladder represents your friendships. The material, the vibrancy of color, the placement within the desert, in relation to the cube and to you as the viewer — all this symbolizes how you feel about your current friendships, your ideal friendships, or your potential for friendships (depends on where you’re at in your journey). Pay attention to how the ladder made you feel. Is that ideal for you?

The Horse

This represents the lover you are subconsciously seeking — not consciously seeking… sorry lol

The Storm

Represents the challenges and obstacles in your life.

The Flower(s)

Represents either:

  • friends and/or family

  • children or future children
