If the parcel has already shipped, in some cases the postal service can still make the delivery depending on the recipient address error. If they cannot make the delivery, the parcel will automatically be sent back to the Skull And Moss studio. In that case, we will confirm the address change once we receive the parcel and reship as soon as possible. All shipping costs, taxes, and outside fees will have to be covered by the customer.
