When you create an account at Skull And Moss, you have the option to save payment information within your account for an easier checkout. It is not required to save your payment information, that option is for convenience only. If you do opt to save your information, we use secure checkout to ensure your information is safe with us.

Skull And Moss respects your information and privacy.

When you make a purchase with us, we collect the following information:

• name and email address

• order amount $

• order status

• date of order

• information necessary to complete your order, including:

  • billing address

  • payment method, only last four digits of card can be viewed by staff.

We collect this information in case a refund must be processed or if there are any complications with your order. The last four digits are used only if staff needs to verify the payment method so that a refund may be processed.

Skull And Moss does not use customer financial information or billing addresses in any way other than to complete wanted transactions initiated by the customer. Skull And Moss cannot view credit card numbers and cannot make purchases using customer information.

We do not use or sell information in any way other than to complete customer approved purchases.

Skull And Moss does not use shipping addresses in any way other than to ship wanted purchases initiated by the customer.

At Skull And Moss, we use a fulfilment company to produce and ship many of our products. When a customer makes a purchase that requires a fulfilment company, the fulfilment company receives the following information:

• customer name and email address

• product(s) ordered

• shipping address

When you make an account profile with us, we store the following information:

• name and email address

• subscription sign up date

• total ($) amount spent at Skull And Moss

• last order date

• average order ($) amount

• total number of orders at Skull And Moss

• default payment method IF you choose to use one for an easier checkout process.

Skull And Moss emails newsletters and promotions only to email addresses that have signed up for the newsletter, but this can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, Skull And Moss does not use, keep, or associate with any cancelled email addresses.
