Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Returnable Items
All products offered at Skull And Moss are made to order specifically for you and cannot be returned. If you have an issue with your order, please email chrissikino@gmail.com.
Digital downloads including gift cards, tattoo passes, etc. cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstance.
Exchanges
At this time, we are a small business and cannot offer exchanges.
If you email us before production starts, it may be possible to cancel your order and start a new order. However, because our items are made-to-order and we use a fulfilment company for many of our items, there is unfortunately no easy way for us to make any exchanges. Please check the size guides for each apparel item and dimensions for prints and other products before purchasing.
Damaged Upon Arrival
Please inspect your packages when you receive them and email chrissikino@gmail.com if any of your items are damaged.
In your email please include your:
1. name,
2. order number,
3. a detailed description of the problem, and
4. a photo clearly depicting the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and properly assist in making it right.
Please wait for a response from customer service before sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Although it’s best to reach out immediately, the contact window for parcels damaged upon arrival is 20 days, starting the day your parcel was shipped. Any requests regarding damaged items that were shipped more than 20 days ago unfortunately cannot be returned or reimbursed.
Refunds
Skull And Moss is not responsible for taxes, shipping, or fees outside of the price of the item(s) purchased. All refunds will only cover the cost of the item(s) purchased.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified via email about the status of your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies need time to process and post your refund.
